About Our Company Extended Business Services was formed in March 1999 with the faith of ten employees and four client hospitals. EBS began as a company committed to serving the needs of these first clients and vowed to extend that same caliber of service to each and every new client it acquired. Now, we have field operations throughout the United States. EBS is living up to its commitment to deliver excellence in both its reimbursement and billing services. As a market-driven company, EBS has responded to its clients by integrating services that manage unfunded patient accounts from admission until reimbursement or the patient's program eligibility is determined.
